Lavender is not only one of the more uncommon colors of natural sea glass, but it is one of the most soothing.  Lavender sea glass came into being because manganese was used in bottle making before 1920.  When the clear glass was exposed to sunlight, it turned lavender, making these beautiful pieces of sea glass even more special to find.  This beautiful gem of the sea is placed on a 14kt gold-filled bail and comes with an 18″ 925 sterling silver rope chain that has been plated with 14kt gold.  The lobster clasp is stamped “Italy.”
